Ok started converting the interior from the standard FR grey\cream trim to the LCR satin black trim as mentioned in another post. Ive got the A, B, C pillars in, the grab handles, light\alarm sensors, interior mirror, sunvisor clips, door seals and sat-nav center console surround.

I cant use the LCR roof lining cause i have a sunroof so iam either going to fabric dye it satin black or get some genuine black leather that matches the seats and use spray adhesive and stitching to bond it to the original roof lining.

Looking ace - can I ask what they have cost?

these are the dealer prices. I got all my pillars and dash surround from the dealer. I then found LCR interior trim kit on ebay for £200 of which i took the grab handles, alarm sensors and sunvisor hooks from, and then put the roof lining, sunvisors and pillars that i didnt need back on ebay to make some of the money back, the guy wouldnt split the set.

dealer price for a pair of the light\alarm sensors come to nearly £200. was lucky to get them in the set i bought for that.

Looks nice similar mods to mine. More in the way of sound but less in the way of handling and power. Bought mine off a member 3 months ago and hd did all the work. Just the right amount in my opinion. Some people really over do it and you've done well here. I like them looking fairly standard but with subtle and effective mods.

Started on the roof lining project today. Removed the roof lining and used some Simply Spray Upholstery Paint- Midnight Black and the results were turd. Used a complete can and was patchy and the paint was spitting and wasn't setting very well on the fabric so gave up on that idea.

I let it dry and got 2 meters of black faux leather and a can of bostik spray adhesive. Cut it to size with some over hang and stuck it down and rubbed the creases out. Its looking pretty good and a good match for my leather seats. Tomorrow i need to cut the rest of the holes out for the lights, grab handles etc and finishing trimming and tucking the edges of the lining.

Next step is to remove the sunroof slider and covering that then re-installing everything including all the ABC pillars. more pics to follow as i make more progress.

Very nice car mate

looking great - cant wait to see it in!!
Thanks

Did you drop that by much?

how are springs for comfort?

Looks the part!

it's on standard springs, wan't to lower it but ground clearance is not good so holding out at the moment.

Roof linings in, I'll get some pics over the weekend. Just need to dye the sunroof shutter and get black sunvisors and sunroof switch.
