Haha in 1! FINALLY! Ordered it about a week and a half ago and asked for an update on it today, apparently its in but needs painting. But they wanna wait until something else which needs white paint is in too. The guy said sometime this week.

So its all sounding good :) Saw a really nice 10 plate black 1.4 ibiza down there actually with side skirts, spoiler and the whole sports body kit. Pretty much near 9 grand, crazy cheap price. Looked super nice, they got pics on their site.

Yeah obviously don't wanna do just the one.
E.W. Pinchbecks. I'm really hoping they do get it done this week. They are a little slow at times with things i've found.

Gave the car a good clean today, even if i shouldn't have done it in the boiling sun.

Looks good, didn't take any pics though as they all look the same of when i last took some lol.

Managed to get my side repeaters to fit properly too after a bit of filing down. As before they had a small gap which then let water into the repeaters themselves.

Letters are still intact, however my Step Dad looked at them to say ''They look the same''
CHROME > BLACK whats the same?! lol

Still undecided on my storm trooper sticker. We'll see.

No news on the spoiler, so gonna phone up mid next week.
Boring update really.

Finally!!

After taking the car to the dealers at 10AM and being told it would have to wait 3 hours for the glue to set, i phone up at 5PM to be told the woman at the dealers had left a voicemail on my phone (which i didn't get) saying the glue actually takes 5 hours to set. So i hell of a long 7 hours later i finally picked up the car with the spoiler attached :D i love it!

Took quite a few angles to really show it off :p

Received my black mirror caps today, couldn't wait to get them on so tried as soon as I got home. (note the word tried...) As i'm off to Cornwall thursday so wanted them ready.

Couldnt find a way to get the caps off at all, got the mirror off (easiest way for me) gave up and had tea, then thought no i can't give up. Tried again, a good solid hour later they are on.

Nearly half an hour later on the drivers side resulting in one of the stalk things breaking, sore fingers, alot of talking to myself and removing a spiders nest (hate them!) and they finally went on.

I really hope i never have to change them again. Seriously, never lol.

Heres a few quick pics.

They look great Char!

I know how you feel about taking them off again, I felt the same when I was taking my grille off to vinyl wrap it, but it was much easier then we i tried removing the original and spent about 2 hours. I think the fear of breaking things is what makes it so difficult.

But back on topic they do look really good. I'm tempted to get a set for my own car to go with my gloss black grille. How much did they set you back?

EDIT: just spotted they were £40 - might leave it for now lol!
