Wanting to Remap my car and have been holding off and holding off to see what comes of the DPF issue...

Milltek seem to have a downpipe to remove the DPF. Who has fitted this and what are your experiences?

had dpf delete and remap febuary £400 all in . no problems what so ever should be putting about 240 bhp out now. worth every penny:D

Im thinking of getting my DPF removed, has anyone had any problems with Ecu-flash? What sort of gains on power and MPG have been experienced?

This looks a GREAT price - So this included the replacement downpipe also?
How does your car run now? Any lights popping up on the dash yet? :)

To everyone that has done this......

Is the DPF DELETE / REMAP now in its intermediate stage, where you can get this done and experience no further issues down the line - or is it still pretty much "experimental" ??

Do they supply a full replacement pipe that you can swap in/out with the DPF pipe or, as I probably imagine for the price, do they simply cut out the DPF and weld in a new pipe?

its cheaper because they are chopping your DPF up!

When the new 2012 DPF law comes in, i can simply refit my Old DPF for MOT, All of you who have gone for the cheap option now will have to buy New DPF's for your MOT at a price of around £1200

Spoke to a MOT tester regarding the law and all 58+ Cars will require the DPF to be in place and Operating from Jan 2012- onwards

Now i know somebodys going to reply now and say well my DPF is in place but the internals are missing, It will still fail as the smoke levels coming out of exhaust will be over that of one with a DPF In place
