no probs

went to anthony's today ., its not oil its diesel leaking from pd pump think (luk stamped on it )

looks like its the cause of the start issues

also glow plug harness nees replacing too

any ideas if the gasket can be replaced ?? vw reckoned no

good news

TPS do the gasket sets £5 odd

also ordered the glow plug harness

all in all £31.99

when im back from scotland i need to order

OIL
oil filter
Fuel filter
Steering rack end

all in all im hoping this is the end of the saga

and to start enjoying driving again (hopefully before summer as the bike will be out and car parked up !!! )

mark hurry up and start getting that bike roadworthy for the summer ) + some babysitters , take shel or the ride of her life LOL , scare her once , she wont want to go again

wish ide taken that option , beths been & pillion a few times now

if you can check yours mark

or someone clarify if thats a 150 pump and i pray its not a 130 unless they are the same anyways

as this was changed when i had all that trouble ages ago

not sure maz need to get my laptop back unless mark got his working

mark can u see if rob can put my isypropyl spray to oneside dont fancy somew kid wastimg it getting high not on my expense lol
27psi is what I am running so you really should be at around 23-24 PSI with a standard turbo.

hmmmm

would the autometer gauges be in accurate do you think

or would it matter where you tapped into the IC hoses , regarding pressure

as from pics , we went for the rubber hose , by the header tank / fuel filter area


one of the reasons for me fitting one of these was to try and economize now and then :)
and try and remain off boost ,

only time ive managed that is by freewheeling or in too high a gear for the speed i,e 30 -40 in 5th

also not sure if im panicin but in 6th when coming on and off the throttle while holding the gear stick
i can feel a slight knock / rocking type movement on the gear stick

only in 6th though


mark i also forgot that bike stand .. i will have it so tell him not to throw it out :)
