I'd go for atleast 3 weeks in advance so everyone can make sure their free. I think I'll be at the Isle of Man with www.rebelmotorsportclub.co.uk so I'm not sure I can make it but the more notice the better.

There's a trackday at Llandow being sorted at the moment on SW-CC can always jump on that one. I have done llandow a few times and now I'm bored of it but will come along to have a look.
