Is that the Leon cupra splitter on the front? does that fit the ibiza cupra bumper aswell as fr bumper? i'm getting new bumper and can't decide which to go for, cheers

It is a Mk1 Leon Cupra R splitter yes - they do fit the Cupra bumper, but not as well as the FR/facelift bumper as with the Cupra bumper, it goes up in the middle at the bottom. Basically the two side bits are lower than the middle, so the splitter attaches to those bits, but then it sort of "hovers" in the middle where it goes up and looks a bit poop in my opinion! There's plenty of people done it though! :)

cheers for your help, think im going to go for cupra bumper, as one i think it looks good, and also my current fog lights will fit straight into it, rather than the new fr, which has different fogs, and i'l try and make leon cupra splitter fit! your car looks great in that pic with front splitter.

Thanks! :) It really does beef up the look of the front end alot I think! :D

And yes - you're right about the fog lights. As I dont think they're cheap to buy....

Need some serious advice guys - how much is my car worth do you think? Spec list is on page 1, it's a 53 plate with 53,000 on the clock. As said, all mods are on page 1. :)

I've seen a 2001 Mk3 Ibiza Cupra for sale for best part of £6000 (which I think is really quite wishful thinking!!).

Need some advice! :)

Hate to say it Ash, but dont expect to see much more than £5k at a push. Unfortunately mods dont add to the re-sale value of the car. If anything the reduce the cars value.

If it were me I'd probably put it up at £6k-£6.5k and go from there. That way it gives you a margin for negotiations.

Mk3 cupra's seem to go for silly money all the time. Unfortunately that isnt the case with mk4's.

I know.....seems such a shame as if and when I do get round to selling my car, they're getting a bargain cos I've spent far too much on it!

Start high and work the way down I suppose?

hmmm wel just ask a high price and if someone is interested when they drive t they wil deffo be willing to pay a little more than its worth for the mods and power :)

True! Best way to do it I think.....

Send you the link via email fella. Dunno if I can justify average fuel of 24mpg..... And Urban at 17.4mpg!
