Scott,

How did you fit your wind deflectors? Looking at mine and the instructions, it looks like they would be sitting between the glass and the rubber? Is that right?

Looking good Scott.

Looks like you've got it cold down there.

To fit the wind deflectors, put the windows right down. Sit the bit in next to the mirror and bend it into place just under the seal of the window. Remember to use the sticky bit and put your window back up and leave it for a bit so they stay there.

So, when the window closes, the glass will b touching the deflector, not the seal? Not sure I'm keen on that

The glass will touch it on the outside of the window and presses it against the seal.

80 miles to £20?

I put £40 in my Ibiza and I've got 360 miles out of the tank so far, and STILL got 1/4 left. I know mines a diesel, but even on a petrol 80 miles to £20 is stupidly bad? Is your MAF sensor knackered? Got a hole in a fuel line?

have you found out a price of a new egr valve?
as your bro seems to busy to help you out can you not remove the egr yourself and give it a good clean up?

yeh new egr is like £150 i think, theres actualy one on ebay just now off a 2002 1.2 40000 miles odd, £30, but like u said my bro just wants to clean it all up first before i go buying parts
