Hooch, what's your average body fat content?
My mate was down to about 3% which I believe is pretty low and that was just for a thai boxing fight.
I'm not really into men but your looking very good there bud.

tbh i had to loose a little bit of size to make the catorgary. it was under 80kg. i weighted in on the day at 79.5kg. lost my sholders and chest a little. but ive always lacked on depth. by far the most ripped on stage and had best legs but it wasnt good enough to win still happy with 2nd tho
i had a few sunbeds, then a wipe on tan mousse the night before and on the day. plus a little grease
not sure on body fat but i was LOW, and very very dry

i was transparent weeks ago. skin was very thin, i was having big problems with cuts not healing. they were building up and up and up. currently covered in them!!
once i started to bleed it would go on for hours.... still suffering

i was at the britons the other week (only watching tho), what class was your pal in? had 3 of my mates competing there (under 80kg inters, under 90kg inters and under 100kg)

when i said i qualified im talking 2010 briton mate, got a year untill the finals time to GROW!!!!!!
