Cheers mate :) the 110 isnt a pd engine, so is that little more harder to get as much power like the pd130/150 etc, but atm, i hope rekon im putting out around 175bhp-180bhp and 270-280ftlb, hopefully a little more once ive installed the fmic :D Get one, you wont regret ;)

I'd be more than happy with 175bhp lol....love to show the usual 17 year old lads gary boy Corsa's/Clio's up with a diesel.

Stage 1 AMD re-map will be first on my list. Should get 140-145bhp straight away?

Any tips on how to make it sound less "diesely"? lol

Finding a good second hand one is hard though. All done starship miles in my budget.

140 easy with a map, and a few little mods like modded airbox etc, oh, if you want it less diesely, get a milltek decat downpipe with either a straight through cat back with no silencers etc, or get a milltek non resonated cat back, hope that helps mate :)

Ahh nice one, cheers for the help mate.

I see you use Jabba. Recommend them? I see they're only in Peterborough, nice and near to me and their stage 2 custom re-map looks very tempting lol; they also stock the Milltek non-resonated cat exhaust :p

I'm not like you guys...
Mine is clattery as **** on idle, makes it even funnier when you show someone up at the lights :cartman:
cant wait to see your build progress on the FMIC brad. Oh yeah found out what the clicking was, 2 little bends on the pads had bent and snapped off, so i need a new pair now. Lol

Well my new intercooler pipes turned up today :)
Picture010.jpg

Ive got loads of pipe, so got rid of my "scaffold boost pipe" and redone it with the new intercooler pipe :) its weighs a third of what it did before

And ive made up the bottom intercooler pipe already :) You can see the blue silicone joined will attach to the pancake pipe then the angled pipe with join the 76-63mm reducer off of the intercooler ;)

Cheers mate, the pipes have been roughed up, didnt come with beading, and these jubilee clips have been fine so far on all my boost pipes :) though im getting some stronger and better ones from the jubilee clip centre near me :) The ones behind the bumper i will be doubling up for peace of mind ;)

The T bolt ones off ebay are very good, cost quite a bit but 15 times more claming pressure than a jubilee [so it says]

I've not beaded mine either but I'm going to soon :)
