hi guys,
Im looking at remapping next week, ive got 2 choices, firstly just a remap for £345 + VAT
or secondly, Remap, Green panel filter and a bailey divertor valve all for £350. Only thing is its a bit extra drive to do the second option so what im wanting to know is how much difference the green panel filter and bailey divertor valve make? is it worth travelling a bit farther? I wont name the companies but they are both very well known with first class reputations. :D

A bailey DV and a Green filter is quite a bit of moneys worth so well worth the extra £5........seems to cheap tho?

The DV is not really performance increase more replacing standard one that often fails.

Green filter will make bit of a difference expecially with a nice air feed.

Depends who's doing the mapping tho IMO.

the dv is worth the money on mapped car as it will allow you to hold the boost longer, and as said will not fail.

panel filter will aid flow more.

id say go for the map that includes panel filter and dv mate.

worth the drive and you can play on the way home aswell

I'd choose the map that best suits your preference as a dv/tip/filter/etc can all be added before/after/at-the-same-time as the remap.

They aren't necessary for a stage 1 remap, but are all highly recommended; and you should ideally be adding these components if you get the RS map as well.

CC is a smooth map with less peak torque, but a torque curve that doesn't drop off as quickly at higher revs as some of the more aggressive maps.

I don't know too much about the RS map to comment, but I would decide whether you want a torquey/aggressive map or a smoother flatter map, and choose the map to suit IMO.
