no mate it was the whole thing including a kms air fuel gauge it works spot on and the guy who fitted and mapped it has done a spot on job lots of people still go with the original ecu just being remapped but there is a limit to what can be done that way but the way i have done it there is no limit! i like to do things different especially when most people say it cant be done!
got no graphs as its not been rolling roaded yet its just been lived mapped on the road but with the boost it should be around the 330 bhp mark we think
Its pretty impressive to say the least! i've got a strange obessesion with launch control (as in i want it!) so am tempted by the ignition driver, esp at only 80quid. Where did you get yours done to, as it looks very complex to set up software wise
my god, what a beast! how does it cope with all that power through the front wheels?
i live in scunthorpe in north lincolnshire and one of my good mates worked for a turbo company but he also built the infamous green mk1 golf with the audi quattro engine in it if youve seen it! so he did it for me he has left there now and is going to start doin more stuff like that ie turbos, ecu's mapping etc and turbo conversions for 20v's if your interested in anything give me a pm and we will be able to sort you out. if you want anymore info of what weve done just ask mate!
its not too bad cos of the way its been mapped its very smooth and the power do'nt just come in in one big hit its spread all through the rev range
got a new update on my car now finally had it rolling roaded and we got a decent figure of 350 bhp and 320 ft lb this was a while ago now though and the car has been in bits since. i am now most of the way through having the engine rebuilt for more hp will put some pics up soon

couple of pics of the new engine rebuild, GP Tuning forged pistons and rods, ARP stud conversion, GT30 turbo with Turbo Smart external wastegate, 3" straight back exhaust with side exit
hopefully will be back on the road in the next month or so we had a small problem with a dodgy full pump letting us down and melted a piston just having the head done now! will maybe have a ride over to the coast while am running it in again !
