Once its off its going to get welded up also as a spare. Im still going to contact Kinetic and tell them that the 2nd one has now cracked in under 1000miles, so if they give me another one there could be one going cheap, although im going to push for a refund and hopfuly the welded one will hold ;)

point is, should you have to though....

mani should hold its own?

Totally agree, INA seems to be the only one without any problems with cracking at the moment.

But i wont be shelling out for one of those until i see how long my welded up one lasts.

Ill be in contact Damo when i know whats what.

time will tell

I am near on running back on full boost again (perhaps a little too much from tweaking the actuator)

will wind it in tonight with the MBC. INA looks well crafted though, thicker runners than the kinetic one, so perhaps a bit more solid

where has it cracked Benny?

My first one cracked around the collector on the bolt hole nearest the head(Same as DPJ`s), the 2nd one i reckon is the same place due to the sound and the fact it seals up after a few minutes on idle, could be wrong, i might whip it off over the weekend if i have time.

Pitta of a job

mate of mine made 252bhp and near on 300lbft at AMD RR

which is odd, as this is way over its limits, but everyone running that day was near bang on power

You mean this one......

250 bhp / 309lb ft

I'd have to say the rollers were a bit optimistic really.
If I had a standard car and were to mod it all over again, I'd probably go straight for the hybrid set up. I won't bother with it now as the cost far outweighs the gains, plus the engine has covered 125,000 miles. Saying that, I'm still quite happy with the K03S, just sometimes feel the need for that little bit more.

*blue peter stylee* heres one I made earlier:lol:

perhaps a tad optimistic, but it does go very well...quite an aggressive map I would say compared to mine, and for the mileage it still feels as strong as new

does look like a good map just a nice steep climb in power till 5k bet it keeps you pushed in your seat till then aswell.

I´ve bin told you´ll get approx 6-8bhp for every 1 degree you advance on the timing. Did you noticed a lot diffrence from running only B9 T9 and with 3.75 deg. timing added?

Prebs

iirc Bill says you should get aprox 10-12bhp for every 3' of added timing.

Yeah ko3s. Same day(EastsideRR Day) standard cars were all bang on book figures so can't say fairer than that.

Who's doing the mapping?
