noise from back suspention

i have a 1999 ibiza gti cupra sport when am driving there is a load annoying rattle for back drivers side when going over small bumps or jst down bad roads as if its coming for the shock but cheked and not that has anyone had the same problem or know wat it is ?

Exhaust does rattle a little anyway .. But will check the beam bushes and get back to you .

what fitment will the beam bushes be on my 1999 model if i am to buy. it gives you a choice of two 57MM OR 72MM not to sure myself.
