v maxx coilovers??

hey i am thinking about getting coilovers and the choices or v maxx, FK or Weitec. the v maxx's are cheaper, just wondering if they are not as good quality and is it worth paying the extra for fk's ETC,

Also, where is the best place to get them either mail order or is there anywhere near south wales!

I'd rate the V-Maxx over the FK and the Weitec over both. We do the V-Maxx for £342.50...

is it worth changing the top mount bushes at the same time? do you stock them?

It would depend how many miles your current ones have done?

No, we just use the standard ones from the dealers.

I would change the top mount bearings while you have them out as there only about £8 each.

I replaced mine when I fitted my V-Maxx coilovers, car had only covered circa 37k miles and the bearings had signes that they were starting to fail....

hey, just ordered a set of weitecs last night, my mate has quoted me 80 bucks to fit them. i thought that is a little bit steep. how hard is it to fit them myself? i have all the tools, a pit and garage to do it. and is there any part that i may have difficulty doing?
