Mk4 tdi engine mount, anyone help ?

Ok
Think my engine mount has gone, can anyone confrim or help?

Engine is sitting lower in the bay on the passenger side (dont think it was like this before?)
Any tricks to replacing it ? apart from the obvious stuff.
Also is there an uprated item from say the cupra TDI that i would be better off getting ?

Update
Have removed mount and to me it looks in good condition, none of the rubber is perished etc.

What else could it be ?
I can still select any gear easily but when lifting the clutch it feels slightly more gritty if that makes sense and there is a vibration through the car.
Also when i pick up speed the whole car wobbles (only really noticable above 30mph)
Also if im in say second gear and lift off the throttle it makes a loud metalic almost click sound.
Could the clutch be breaking up ?

Could be the dogbone mount. Have a look under the car at the back of the engine, it looks like this

that is old vs new.

Yeah have a had alook at that and it may the case that that has gone.
Its a right pain and the more a think about it, the more it i think its the flywheel giving up the ghost or maybe my sachs clutch
nice grand down the drain grrr
Any other sugestions welcome as im going to do it myself so dont want the hassle of trial and error when were talkin ££££

Update:
Im takin the box out of it on sunday as im 99% sure its the flywheel!
Im still in two minds with regards to DMF or SMF, gonna see what state the clutch is in then make a decision.
Ill take a few pics as i go and post m up for anyone whos interested.

Yeah thanks matey, have confirmed that with a couple of other people on the forum
I dont see why they would put them out like that but i aint no car designer

Update.
Took gearbox out (pics to follow tmrw)
And it looks like i have a SMF not a DMF already
And
The clutch is funked, there are four pairs of springs and 3 of the 8 springs have snapped.
Could this have been causing the bad vibes? Who knows but a new clutch is gonna have to be on the way soon much cash to spend grrrrrrreat
