what charge pipe are people using..

Nice looking bay danny, by the way is this possible with a ko3s, just because my friend has just got a k04 in his ibiza and the turbo sits differently than mine hence it making it easier to do the lcr pipework, just thought the ko3/ko3s comes out at the bottom if you know what i mean?

as I mentioned before, I'm doing this on my K03s. THe k03s sits exactly the same as k03, hence why your oem chargepipe fits straight on (the top)

no problem there. Its exactly the same as danny's picture shows

Ebay mate...Came as complete kit todo my Charge pipe and Throttle side was £70 posted...

But id see if here sell them without the coulplers and Jubliess clips and u get ur own as his a shite..lol...

like I said on the previous page, all you need is 3 90 degree bends in either 60mm or 63mm. whatever you want.
On the third 90 degree bend, which goes down in the wing by the headlight, next to your horn, you have to stick a 45 degree bend on. then another 45 degree that which brings you to the intercooler.

Danny used 2 90 degree bends from turbo, and then a 45 degree one, because he doesn't have a washer bottle fitted there anymore. If you opt for the Golf 2 reservoir you'll need to fit a 90 degree one.

As danny knows, a little bit of searching where the best place to buy pipes/hoses from. Remember, cheapest doesn't always mean great quality. Especially as you'll be running fair amounts of boost.

LCR one will fit with a 90 degree reducer 60 - 51 I think it was on the turbo side.

mate 51mm is that on a k03 turbo mate

I am sure there smaller because you have to change the silicone pipe that connects the charge pipe to the turbo when you do the ko3s conversion.
