how i fitted my uni intercooler

HI ALL I FITTED A UNI INTERCOOLER 2 DAY AND HAVEING A BIT OF TROUBLE WITH THE PIPE THAT GOES TO THE INLET MANIFOLD IT KEEPS FALLING OUT AND THE CLIP IS TIGHT

sounds like your pipe is too big?

The originall one is big

and the original stretches far more than a silicone one.

so off the inlet manifold you think a 90 and a 135 fits best

If I buy some good jubilee clips to replace what comes with the kit , what sizes do I need and how many ?

crude pic i know but the red lines are cuts i made, obviously make sure all edges are smooth!

i think there was 10 jubilees, and around the 60mm mark but dont hold me too it mate!

what size intercooler is it so i can still leave mesh in bumper o rnot have to chop bumper either

ill have to try and get measurements for you guys

OVERALL SIZE = Width 69cm x Height 14cm x Depth 6.5cm

CORE SIZE = Width 56cm x Height 14cm x Depth 6.5cm

INLET/OUTLET DIAMETER = 2.25" / 5.7cm
