Just buy a car with 240bhp in the first place its a lot cheaper.

Getting more than 180bhp out of a TDI 130 is not a cost effective exercise.

Remap
PD160 intake
Possibly exhaust system if you wanted a bit more noise

anymore than that and it gets silly.

i see, wouldnt be that much for fitting though, maybe £500 max for fitting, or just do it yourself, easy enough :p

Clutch to handle it £500
Turbo £500-£1000 (exchange - new unit)
FMIC £500
Re-map £500
Exhaust £200 (for straight pipe from turbo, cutom made)
Induction £60

All rough prices!

And thats if you fit yourself! and you would want brakes and handling mods on top of that or it would be crap.

Obviously it depends where you source the parts etc as to how much it would cost.

That lot should get you close though i reckon.

Do you mean re-mapped? As far as i am aware there is no "chipping" done on ibiza TDI's it is reprograming of the original ECU.
And i dont think the standard turbo on a cupra would flow enough air to support that kind of power for very long :(
I may be wrong ofcourse ;)

you can get a 'chip' which solderis in and fools the engine in to overfueling and normally burns out the internals.
