Hey,
Have been looking at the options for a bit now between the fr and cupra. Obviusly the cupra is working out to more to buy no surprise there for around £7000-7500 with 177 bhp and 180 lbft. The Fr is £5500-6000 for a good one but only 147 bhp and 167 lbft.
When the fr is remapped it reaches 180bhp and similar torque so basically you have an fr with the power of a cupra. Remap a cupra with revo for example and your getting 210bhp and 240 lbft. What i dont get is engine wise what is seperating the two models? Why doesnt an fr remapped work out to the same as a remapped cupra?
I have searched and found nothing. If this has been asked before im sorry but as i will be getting one of these soon i was interested to see.
Thanks
