Painting S Badge

Im Thinking of Painting My S badge, Front And Back. Iv Just Got A Couple Of Questions Before I Do.
1. What Colour Do You Think I Shoud Do It? Please Vot on the Pole. Bare In Mind It Will Be On A Black Magic Beeza.
2. How Do I Do It lol. What Paint Do I Need?
3. How Does The Rear S Badge Come Off? Does It Need To Come Off?

ive painted my front one and i done it by:

removing the middle grill, then removing the silver S

cleaned it throughly and then sanded with some wet and dry

i then used black acrylic spray paint for a couple of coats

then put it back togeather

ive seen some laquer the S badge before putting it back in but i wanted a matt look

....and as for the rear.....i dont know

apparently to get the rear one off you take the plastic boot trim off (breaking a clip in process is highly likely but doesn't matter!)

to get the rear one off, its remove the plastic boot trim then 3ish bolts then it falls out the boot leaving a bloody big hole

Cheers For The Help People. I'll Be Having A Look On Thursday, Weather Permitting. im liking the idea of black, with fusion green out line, just because i havnt seen it before. but no one seems to agree with me lol.

if you do the green, do other things like the callipers! make it you theme

Nah, My sound system is standard atm. But after wheels, slammed and Remap, Comes ICE lol.

Ya not bothered about d badgein it.I used matt black vinyl on the rear S but looked odd cause the fr bumper has grey on the bottom if it was black prob look alright.

Here's what my badge looked like when I first did it,

Here's the changes that I made to it, I painted the badge and surround the same colour as my wheels and also colour matched the main grille to match the others.

Anyone got a spare chrome bagde? Think I prefer how it looked before...

Marc, red rum and altech, what type of paint did u guys use? thay all look top notch. how did us get in the suround? paint brush or just masked off?

The S badge pops out leaving the black plastic in the middle (i managed to snap a bit off so dont be to rough with it lol) All you need to do is mask the surrounding grill. I just used the spray cans from halfords ( Ford signal yellow)

yeah, it was either Supercharge the red one and get 1mpg or get the same sort of power and get 50mpg
