Ahhh! Microphone! Bloody hell... :D

The actual head unit thing I might be okay with, but the USB cable and microphone? Hmm...

Just curious, the one USB cable works fine with both a USB stick and an iPod right? I don't need two separate cables?

Hi. I had to replace my aura unit last year as it broke but my problem was more about where to get a decent unit that had a red display as I wanted to maintain the appearance of the dash. I ended up with a Pioneer DEH-5000UB which has 10 different colour options (inc red) & you can also adjust the intensity of the colour. To boot it has a rear USB socket so no risk of knocking a mem stick plugged into the front. I've just run a cable down the back of the unit & into the cig lighter tray as I don't use it. Got a 4GB mem stick plugged into that & works like a dream. Have never run out of space & never had to use a cd yet!! lol.

Cheers Lee :D I think it has a mic built in so may try that, otherwise I'm not sure - where exactly does it go!? I always assumed it went up the top somewhere, either by the interior lighting or on the sun screen... thingy (no idea what they're called)

Cheers dude... does it basically just involve drilling in by the pillar, and running it up along the pillar or something? I guess if done properly it won't stand out too much...

Took these tonight whilst i was out you can turn the "screen" off so it's all black, then it activates whenver you operate the stereo.
