Im not sure but I wonder if the old version of vag-com you are using nick, does not have the correct label files. And the options will be blank. Should be possible to tick the boxes where it should be if not lablled, could try that?

:shrug: I did say it may be my version of VAG-COM, but it's the only one I have that'll work with my cable. :(

hi i have question is there a way i can put the millage of the car lower than the current .
example : my milage is 100000km i want to make it 70000km is there a way i can make it

mental note: don't to buy a car from you

Hi,

Does anybody have a list of measurment blocks?

Im trying to find the best one for torque.

Block 8 has 3 torque vaules where on a drive which seen idle to full revs,:
1st logs between 0 and 453Nm (0 at idle, rises as you press accelerator)
2nd logs between 150 and 395Nm
3rd logs between 140.6 and 445Nm

Block 15 has 1 torque value between 0 and 465Nm

Have not checked other Blocks yet.

What one do you lot, or others, use for logging torque to work out engine power?
Does anybody know how accurate the VAG-COM torque logged values are?

Does this help

230 is actual vs requested rail pressure with deviation (No RPM)
231 is low pressure side fuel pressure and intank pump duty cycle (No RPM)
106 is rail pressure and low pressure/in tank pump duty (No RPM)
002 is RPM, load, MAF and injector on-time
031 is lambda target vs actual
032 is Long Term Fuel trims.

Timing:
003 is RPM, MAF, throttle angle and actual timing
020 is individual timing correction from base amount per cylinder.

Boost:
115 RPM. load, requested boost and actual boost
118 RPM, intake temp, N75 duty and actual boost
119 RPM, boost adapt value, N75 duty and actual boost

Oww, thats good :)

No mention of torque?

Does "load" as a % mean percentage of engine power, so 50% will mean 50% of 170PS, or 85PS, 75% means 127.5PS etc?

Have already been though that before posting, printed it off and sat in the car for 40 mins going through it all.

The measuring blocks are diffirent for every car so i dont think Ross-Tech have label files for them all, i know it doesnt find a label file when you connect.

Have had a poke about, dont think anybody has a label file for the Leon FR, perhaps somebody does for a golf?

Thanks to DanGB at the first place to give such information about Vagcom

However it did not stop me getting quite dissappointed today.

I drive 2007 February import 1.6 Leon. After finding a service with a VAGCom, I just jumped onto the laptop of the mechanic so eagerly to increase the steering wheel weight - which is toooo light. Unfortunately we found out that Module 44 Ch01 is locked for editing :cry: [:@] We then went into an 2006 Audi A3 1.6 to see whether it was as well locked in A3 or we were trying on some wrong channel on my car ;but it was open and we could change the values in A3. We also looked at the other channels on Module 44 in my car but nothing else came out about the steering weight. I actually did a search in the forum and read only one comment that it was not possible to change the steering weight after 2007 MY but I was still hopeful until I went to the service. :( that comment happened to be right.

The only thing bothers me so much about my car is the steering weight - not the lack of performance,not the Passat 2.0 FSI rivalling fuel consumption :shrug:
