Are you tempted to put it on its stiffest setting and see if it oversteers loads? I would!

Yea, probably will do next weekend actually :funk: I can just about getting under the back of the car to adjust it without needing to put it on ramps.

I think maybe my front tyres aren't very good cos they still slip when pushing it...then again it hasn't really been dry when I've been driving it. I really want some more front-end grip.

Yea coilovers are next on my list ;) But I will have to save for a little while first. I would guess the improved damping and lower ride height/centre of gravity would make the ARB effect even better. It seems to respond better when you push it harder but I'm still being cautious with it at the moment :)

Awesome still haven't returned my e-mail or phone calls about the missing washer :( :confused:

So I went to B&Q to get a bag of similar sized ones and have put them on. I also switched to the medium stuffness setting and although I haven't tested it to much, it seems a bit more balanced like this.

Yep I received the letter yesterday but no washers and a small cut where someone opened it :( Im guessing they thought it was money ;)

The bag of washers I got from B&Q are fine tho and I can probably use the rest to raise my strut brace a little so all sorted now.

Someone at Whiteline probably just put the wrong washer in the bag by mistake, i doubt it will happen to anyone else!

I had mine fitted in the workshop , so I was lucky and all washers in :blush: but glad you like it
I love mine , need an exhaust too , oh well Milltek here we come too

excuse my ignorance here.... im hardly 'chip foose' when it comes to mechanics....

how do you adjust the stiffness? is it a case of where the droplinks faces? ie, fowards, down etc etc

You just need to unbolt the bar and re bolt it on to the other holes. The hole closest to the front of the car is the stiffest setting as I understand it.

Yea, the droplinks pivot where they are bolted onto the bottom of the shock. So you can swing them forwards or backwards slightly so they line up with the holes on the ARB. Stiffest setting is the hole towards the front.

I haven't tried mine on stiffest yet, has been on medium most of the time. I'm gonna try this weekend but it might be too stiff. A stiffer ARB makes the suspension less independant, so movement is transferred to the other side of the car slightly when going over bumps etc.

It's already a little harsh with the Cupra suspension, but I will eventually fit coilovers which should make it a little more confortable. You can push it round roundabouts quite fast tho which is fun :)
