Alright guys,

Recently got a new Alpine headunit fitted to the Ibiza and I'm starting to miss the fact I don't have a good sound install in my car. I had one in my Polo and my Mk2 Ibiza.

Problem is I'm not sure I fancy losing much of my boot space - just interested to see some of the installs that you guys have done to see how things are for space and neatness.

Cheers!

PS - I've done some searching, all sorted for the wiring and routing of cables! :)

This is the sub I have (mine says Pioneer in the middle though ) I had the same concern as you Chris as I use my boot when I go up north. So I wanted something small but punchy and at 1400W it's not half bad. I think it's about 6-7cm's deep iirc.

Here's some pics of it in my car - the paint came off the bars protecting my sub so i sprayed them Skoda Rally Blue. They don't come that colour don't worry!

My amp is slid in behind the sub box so quite tidy - no wires or amps floating around and still enough boot space. :)

Sorry about the quality - only 2mp camera phone.

I can take a picture of the whole boot if you like so you can see it in proportion?
