well that sucks :( just a remap can take it to 195 at revo so why wud u wana buy the turbo as well? and that u showed me thats 220bhp look cool but does that actually go in ur engine? cant get my head round it, them lambo doors look class! and glynn i been on that website and it just says under construction, ill try again later.

One otehr thing, i heard that you cant lower TDI's because the sump catches on the floor? is this true and is there anythin u can do about it?

I have a leon Cupra 150....what does PD mean or is that what i have? little confused by it?

For £189 its a generic remap and to take the power to 180/185bhp, is in my oppinion a good level of power which will over stress the engine and will not compromise your fuel economy. I am actually getting 3 mpg more driving it normally(not for long though). I did a little comparison last night 30mph to 70mph on the stopwatch through the gears. Time taken 6.5 seconds, before the remap it was 7.5 and probably it could be better than 6.5 as I did it down a country lane in the dark and was paying too much attention to staying on the road! Just for another comparison a civic type r covers the same increment in 6.0 and my car has done 114k!
its up to you to get what you want and jamie at sp will remap your 150pd to 210bhp if you desire, just remember decent tyres are £180 a pair fitted and traction is a problem with 185 ish let alone 210
Happy racing
pd stands for pumpe duse which means unit injetors for the diesel. get the car lowered by all means perhaps 25mm at the front max as I have caught the engine tray on mine a few times and its on standard suspension.

Right, I thought you had a 130 for some reason, that's what I think that turbo upgrade is for.
All you need atm is a remap to hit between 185-200bhp. (Depending on the map and the dyno tested :D). I'd recommend p-torque, they did a great job with my car. If the torque is taken above 300lb's you will need an uprated clutch very quickly as the standard one wouldn't be able to take it.

I'm not sure about that 220bhp turbo, if you have a 150PD atm it might be a straight swap. There are probably other things needed. (A remap and clutch are the obvious things).

Loads of people on here with TDI's have lowered their cars. http://www.seatcupra.net/forums/showthread.php?t=130737&highlight=jonjay is an example of a nicely modded FR TDI :)

For another 35hp you will not need a brake upgrade unless your brakes are knackered now. I had a new clutch and dmf in my car 5k before the remap. The map has not made my clutch feel like there is going to be a problem. My brakes are standard discs and pagid pads from vw and they pull my car up no problem. The sp map is not balls out torque and certainly does not need to be. I am guessing my car probably has now got an additional 50lb ft which is more than adequate it makes the leon pull from 1000rpm in 6th without labouring. In the time since I passed my test I have had plenty of pokey motors and right now after the map my leon is my favourite.

haha class i suppose not..wel ill need new brakes soon anyways...pads and disks are frigged atm...so probs just put drilled n grooved disks on an some of them 'green stuff' pads. Goin to get it to 195bhp i think coz thats wot revo do it to, think over 200 may be a bit steep. how old are you? wots ur insurence like?
