Hi guys! Over the last few weeks i have been getting a strange noise when on full lock at very low speed? I guess the first thing to do i check my power steering fluid, but silly as it may sound, i dont know where it is? Can someone give me a clue please? And if any of you have had this problem please let me know how you stopped it? Thanks guys!!

its by the washer fluid and coolant res bottles, it has a green/mucky green lid to it.
Its a black reservoir, not clear like the coolant and washer though!

I have this problem on my 54' Cupra - took it to the stealers and they said something was broken and rubbing on the axle (forgot what it was though sorry)

Anyway... they told me £200 plus labour to fix it - so I extended my middle finger and walked away - figured if its only doing it on full lock, and only at low speed it cant be doing too much damage.

When the weather gets better I'll have it up on some ramps and take a look myself!

Yeah, I dont think i can be much? I will just try not to go to full lock. If it gets really bad i will get it looked at. I had coilovers fitted a 4 or 5 weeks ago and it was just a week or so after i herd this noise, Thought it was something rubbing coz the car is lower now but im sure its nothing to do with the coilovers? I will keep my eye (ear) on it! Thanks for the help everyone ;)
