nice one cheers des thats what he's going to do for me fit 2 n75 valves im not slating him or doubting him just as said wanted to find out what it is and how it works but will look into the boost controller

As i said in my PM mate, mine does spike quite high to nearly 2 BAR when put under load.

N75 is not quick enough to react.

I do still have my Apexi AVCR in the car, but its solenoid is switched of, iam only using it as a boost gauge for now.

Chap,

I had similar problems Check the following :-

Actuator is actually opening the Waste gate - disconnect the air line and put your own air line in it and pressureise it (no more than 0.7Bat though). It should open make sure it's not sticking.

Check for leaks in the pipes to and from N75 (Charge Press only). Check for splits.

My problem was the following - the pipe leading to the N75 were cheap and nastly blue rubber and the weight of the N75 was pulling them which caused a kink in the pipe - this caused a massive boost spike until the charge Pressure opened the ppe back up. I replaced the pipe for rigid pipe (8mm fuel hose) and it was OK.

Car was sorted by Mike today. Been in it and it holds 15psi, very smooth power delivery. Get the internals done and turn it up.

well im back and bloody wow wow wow, as dec says its on 15psi for now and so so smooth im only bedding it in at mo but the noise is amazing the waistgate is nice and loud had a play with a scooby well more of a disappoinment really for him lol

so when internals done whats the max i'll get from that turbo?

I felt it was quick when I drove it but its not in the back of the seat fast but when you look at the needles my god are you going FAST
