Jabbasport induction kit

Hello People

Just bought a jabbasport heat shield from their induction kit off the bay, just need to buy the filter and breather, does anyone know the diameter of the filter and what size breather i need?

Im not sure about the filter size but the breather size you need is 29mm

Its a JR open cone filter mate. I have just ordered one - 70mm neck and a rating of 320bhp. From Jetex

Yeh 28mm will fit aswel mate no problem. Will have to cut off the end of the pipe that joins onto the standard airbox tho then just pop it on the end of it with a jubile clip

Anything with a 70mm inlet will fit mate just depends on the filter how well it will perform

I measured the bore of the breather pipe yesterday (25mm), could a breather filter fit inside of the pipe or would the decrease in bore diameter cause to much of an odstuction? I only ask because i would like a Green filter and breather and the largest bore they do is 20mm.

Putting it inside the pipe you'l not be able to secure it properly mate. Breather filters dont need to be the same make as the air filter mate just buy one that fits. I use the Raid one as thats the only one i found that did one big enough

Hello people

Quick question, does the jabbasport kit come with any air ducting? Had a quick trial fitting and it seems that you need to get rid of the standard ductng to fit the heatshield.

No ducting comes with the kit, Yeah you need to remove the standard cold air feed for the airbox to get the heatsheild to fit, be carefull as the standard pipe goes through a foam block on the inside of the wing, mine came out eventually after a bit of tugging

Quick question, does anyone know whether a 45 degree silicone pipe could replace the flexable pipe on the jabba induction kit?

Yes mate a 45 degree will do the job nicely
