Telford ay it...
On that photo...

Follow the top right radiator hose to the coolant flange (bolted to the head). A smaller pipe comes off the flange from the right. This goes up to the throttle body, circulates around then exits up to the top of the expansion tank.

Mine goes from the flange straight to the bottle :)

Sorry i havn't put pics up yet

Thats the route it takes on the 2E.......i think

2E's are better :p

How dumb is this.... I'll do this on Saturday, easy enough to do with a couple of new clamps - less fuss is best

Easy to hook up the hoses. Just insert abit of copper pipe and hose clamps. Pic on first page, follow the hose from top of coolant bottle.

Car seems less boggy after an hour on the motorway when its not being warmed by your coolant but otherwise dont really notice the difference.

Idle is just as it was before. Took me about an hour, not a hard job though. Worth doing i thought :)

That induction pipe is pi*sing me off abit though. Where it bends before the throttle body it tapers down loads. Might get abit of samco hose that stays the same internal diammeter.

But isn't the throttle body diameter smaller, hence the taper?

do you know what diameter it is off the top of your head?

45 deg bend, hose joiner, straight join piece (maybe a bellowed piece to take out the mismatch on bends)
