His JL install is absolutely awesome mate. Dont know how loud it goes but the sound quality is amazing.

The guy loves his audio ;)

Thx mate! i held it at were it sounds the best to be honest.. i have the kenwood 4 channel amp to, i brought at same time as the other one (been working same amount of time) if my mate isnt intrested in it anymore u want it?... i agree on the statment if you change part of the sound system you want to change it all! at the minute im quite happy with the "oem" i just dont know if i wanna put the Jl stuff in saves on diesel and tyres etc.. plus i could sell the lot for about £700 which sounds nice to have in the bank!!

Some ace lookin systems! i really like the Genisis systems as the sound quality from them would be amazing! i didt take any pics of my Jl setup as i didt finish off how it looked and now sat in the garage which seems a total waste! :(

Big_G25 - the install looks great but i dont think im capable of producing that lol.

As for the rest, its all very inspiring. all good top quality installs. im jealous

thanks for the compliments. its taking me around 5 years to get to that level mind, started off with a polo but moved to that now. buying things gradually over the years has now brought me to the level you see in the pics, which happens to be competition level.
best thing i could suggest is do things to a budget, stick to that budget and make sure what ever you do is to your own satisfaction, not to compete with others, or to impress others coz that will cost mega bucks....trust me.
as long as it all looks nice and tidy and sounds good, then thats pretty much a decent install!!!
or you could get a basic install made up by a professional company, but that can cost £1000's

I bottled doing it too so i took to a ice specialist place (Source in Chapeltown) and they sorted it for me.

got some Next comps in the front of the car now, and a Next RR-8 sub inside spare wheel ran through an Alpine HU with iPod connection...

Yeah if your mate doesnt want it I might take it off your hands. Gonna not buy anything else for the motor till the new year though. I need to buy new tires and brakes first . ;)

Oh and I quarantee if you sell the JL stuff in the end you will only end up going out and buying new audio kit!

nice one mate! how did you manage to power the PS2? i was thinking of doing a slim ps2, but wernt sure about the whole power situation, apparently you need a transformer from 12v to something or other, btu i couldnt find one!

Power invertor. Only £30 for a good one. I've a slim PS2 in at the mo, but mite stick the Bigger one in as its a bit easier to use with the disk ejecting from the front.
