Far too much politics. They ought to give up with the noisy and expensive cars and just discuss whose going to win which races over a table.

I used to have a lot of time and respect for Max Moseley, as he was a breath of fresh air in the stuffy FIA, but as time goes on it is apparent that he is well past his sell by date. If he has personal issues they should be just that - personal. As the head of the motorsport governing body he has responsibilities, and taking out his petty vendettas in public and accusing people with absolutely no grounds is disgraceful. If he has evidence that Hamilton lied, then he should bring it up. Otherwise he should remember that in law someone is innocent until proven guilty.

It is clear that there are real issues in the leadership of the sport, and it is this that is doing most harm to the sport not cheating in the paddock.

Max (and Ferrari) have finally killed off any interest I had in F1 this season. The double standards are amazing - which was the only team proven to have an illegal car this season ? (Hint - red, prancing horse etc.)

I've started watching WRC again, now that it is easier to find on ITV4 (I lost interest when C4 had it and kept shifting the times it was shown). WRC drivers may not hit the same high speeds as F1 drivers - but I reckon they are equally (if not better) skilled. The car control is amazing.

So, if Max retires and they get someone who is unbiased (not Jean Todt as rumoured) to replace him, have a sensible set of rules that are enforced equally across all teams and drivers then I might start watching again. But until then, even with the prospect of Lewis being the next F1 champion I really just can't be bothered.

one of his main points was hamilton will become like shumaker and people will complain and ask for him to be made slower. WTF is that all about thats possibly they most stupid thing to ever be said in living history.

I think max Mosley has definitely lost the plot now.

By his reckoning then, any new driver who comes into F1 and does well will be penalised for doing TOO well. What is he on, or is it some form of dementure?

What we need is decent competition in F1 and I am sure that many people will agree that is exactly what happened this year. The new world champion wins by one point from his nearest two rivals. Surely that is better than a run away victory half way through the season? How can he compare Lewis' year with Schumacher's reign as world champion?

The man's a fool - nuff said.

He's messed up the WRC as well to an extent. I wish he and Bernie would shut up and stop commenting on things that they really shouldn't be commentating on, considering they're admins of the sport. You don't get the head of the FA saying "I think it would be bad if Man Utd won the title again" would you?

"Mosley said McLaren's 2008 car would be closely scrutinised by the FIA to ensure the team had not included any Ferrari ideas on it"

FFS does anyone not think it's almost possible that given the same wind tunnels, the same testing facilities and engineers / design teams of comparable skills that more than one team could concievably come up with identical ideas .....
