I think my LCR has been run on unleaded 95 for a while now. I am also using 95 because my cars not remapped and also the price of petrol down here for premium fuel is shocking! How can I de-coke and or clean the fuel system and hopefully get rid of any crap in the engine?

You could try just filling with 2 or 3 tanks of V power
You'll only be about £3 a tank more expensive and it should clean engine out
From this you'll also get to feel the difference the V power makes:):)

Redex is what i recommend. the foam you must be on about is carb cleaner, you need to spray that on the tb to remove debary stcuk to it. I just removed the whole tb gave it blast (almost like new now). Better idling and quick response.
If you not sure what you putting in the car engine, then dont risk it.

When I had my Mk2 Golf 16v I used to use a really good mobile VW mechanic and he recommended Forte products.

Think I used the Specialist Injector Cleaner, just put it in with a full tank.

this stuff is great ...ima bit of a gadget g33k so i like to try out new things on my car too. i found the redex makes the least improvements, STP was ok but Forte (although ive only used once) it was the best and lasted the longest ...felt like a whole new car! this is all my opinion though.
