come on like we are all law abiding motorists, not one of us would every go over the speed limit now would we ?, as that would be breaking the law, and if you was unlucky enough to have crashed and killed someone whilst doing it that would be death by dangerous driving......no speeding on the way home now boys and girls......lets get back to the real world now

I think it's Ensign. Through Sky Insurance (www.skyinsurance.co.uk). Was touch and go whether to go with Greenlight or not as their premium was actually cheaper (only £25 for the remap!) but as it was a renewal with Sky, there wasn't a setup fee that there was with Greenlight.

True mate, but that's not EVERY time you turn the key is it? Insurance is...

I have SEAT alloys on my car, an induction & it has been lowered 30 mil. Is it worth telling my insurance because if I do I will either have to cancell my policy (which is due to run out June next year) because my company doesn't insure under 25s with a car which has mods or take them off...

Will they notice a difference anyway? I mean the alloys have a SEAT badge on them... You can barely notice a difference in height... Only worry is the induction kit but it can easily be removed (I keep screwdrivers in my car anyway...)

What's everyones thoughts?

Ive got k03s fmic turbo back all the goodies and my policy with greenlight is cheaper than when it was standard with directline.

So I dont think theres any reason why people cant shop around and find a company that will insure all mods.

But does it cost to cancel insurance? Would I get any of my money back?

And no I added the alloys.

Yeah, it will cost you. It'd depend how long is left on your term on how much though. I know Sky don't increase your premium for visual mods - only performance. So give them a call, and they'll definatley match it if nothing else!

Speak to Scott, tell him I sent you :)
