I was driving to work today and after flooring it i thought to myself i swear my pedal doesnt normally go this far down. One i had stopped at work i realised that the little plastic stopper that sits behind the pedal joined to the carpet had come right out. I have now screwed it back in but what i want to know does it make any difference what height it is set at? Does it make it any better if the pedal goes further down? I have included a few pics below to show the platic bit im talking about!

Can any1 give me any help with what height this should be set at?

Cheers!

you are able to move it up and down tho because it has a thread on the bottom of it! Want i was wondering was does it make any difference to performance if u wind it up higher or have it really low?

Im talking about the little round bit of plastic with a hexagon shape in the middle, and it does move because it managed to unscrew the other day and came right out!

You can unscrew the small plastic bit and it moved up or screw it in and it moved down meaning the pedal goes further down! i want to know if it makes any difference?

It is a screw in bolt which holds the panel down. Like i said earlier if you had taken time to read the advise given to you. The pedal itself has an adjuster on it so if your pedals moved you need to adjust the PEDAL not the plastic panel screw
