I saw around 350-400 miles in my remapped FR TDi...so wouldn't worry! It's damn VW for putting such small fuel tanks in these cars, and it looks like it'll be the same for Ibiza II when it's launched, as the new Fabia has a 45l tank too.....NOOOOO!

Computer shows 43-47 mpg .. seems to have gone up to regular 50 mpg this summer.. maybe freeing up at 17k miles or is it because of less warm up time?

Prior to purging I got about 400-420 miles.. but last 3 months I have been purging the fuel tank .. scary to get £50 in but it then does 500 miles (reserve comes on at 475-480 miles which is still 50 miles to go). I would also suggest seeing how many litres you can get in next time you refill.. and looking at the handbook .. sometimes the reserve light comes on sooner than it should if that is how the car is put together.

Thanx mgrays ive actually filled the tank right to the top and even more i know its not recommended but its seemed to work just finish the tank drove till it actually stopped on me and got 575miles out of it on a full tank its kinda funny how the low fuel light comes on because it came on and i did nearly 30miles before it gave on me .. but this beast is something else i hopefully ill get that on my next tank aswell
