You'll need to re-sync all one touch electric windows, reset the clock and put in radio codes if needed.
Plus your folding mirrors will need to be closed then opened. they will pause for a while then open when they are ready!
Otherwise, it will be fine.

been nearly a hour comes up with a little 2 in the Conner and says safe

Try this! disconnect the head unit, reconnect it, leave it on, lock the doors and come back to it!
the thing is, the more mistakes you make the longer the wait!

to do the windows all you need to do is press the button let tehm run all way down, let rest for a second or 2 then press the up direction and that should be all ok then.

took my battery off couple days ago, and the tb, didn't make any noise when i reconnected it... weird

Don't know then mate.
Did you follow the instructuions properly on how to enter the code and press and hold the "Prog" button when you were done? (assuming you have an Aura HU)

ok this is what it says in the radio handbook in case you don't have one

There is waiting interval:
To prevent cancelling by trial and error,
there is waiting interval that increase after each try.
During this period you can switch radio on or off, but you
will not hear anything.

During the waiting interval, the radio should be left switched OFF,
but connected to the power supply through contact 30 (permenant positive)
As long as " 2 SAFE" is on the display the waiting interval is not over.

It has finished when the number of the next attempt appears for example "2 1000"

Sorry i have no idea, it doesn't specify how long,

The only additional info i have is this:

Switch on radio The display reads "SAFE" followed by "1000"
Introduce radio code, confirm bt pressing PROG key untill you hear a beep
and the display reads "SAFE" If you get the number wrong
the dispaly continues to read "SAFE" respect the waiting intervals btween attempts.

I know it's not very clear is it, but the handbook doesn't specify how long, presumably you just have to wait till the "2 SAFE" on the display goes away then go throught the sequence again,

Sorry if thats not clear enough blame the bloke who wrote the SEAT handbook...
