well iv got a 53 plate tdi 130 ibiza completely bog standard and my best run was 0-60 of 7.59 with a quarter of just over 16.1 just thought id say dnt believe the figures out the book
I really struggled for traction, but still got in a 15.2, with a 0-60 of 6.88 seconds. Not sure I never got lower though. Did 15.08 at Santa Pod a little later, and was again struggling for traction. I suspect I might need practise at launch control (currently launch = rev to 3500, and hit 2nd gear hard )

there some good times, if your custom remap is still using peak torque round about 1900 then hold about 2500 as you slip in the clutch and the car lunges forward it shouldn't drop off boost so instead of having mad power at ike 4 k you got all the torque at 2 to pull away thats how i got my 7.6
Nope - I have what can only be described as a "poo-hot" clutch fitted. Never murmurs, never shakes, never slips, never smells. Just provides good solid link to the wheels. Sometimes actually the link is too strong and the car bogs down if not given enough revs (effectively stalls much easier) - Driven right it's beautiful, and I'm not convinced I will ever reach the power levels to put it under any undue pressure, and break it.... (If I do I don't know WTF I'll replace it with....)
Noope, it' a 400 lb/ft kevlar faced clutch system, using the oem DMF, but it's been machined down to mate with the clutch. I don't know that much about it technically apart from it came back to me in the post painted red...
