Hi all

Just been on ebay and the same guy i bought two keys off last week is on again.
I have set my keys up and they work a treat, mint condition too.
Now for the best bit he has 10 for sale and they are only £12.50 each with £2.50 P&P item number 130129919617

Just thought id post this cause im dead chuffed with mine and for the price you cannot beat it.

I've used a 434MHz key when my original was a 433MHz.

As for the 3 button question, I believe that it will still work on the Leon, just that the middle button (boot release) won't do anything, as the Leon's don't have a solonoid boot release function.

When i bought the keys i never noticed that my original key was a different type
The keys off ebay are 434mhz but my original is 433mhz, don't matter because it works fine no probs hear, gutter about the middle button though would have been nice to have the boot release.

Where did you get the key cut from and how much was it? did you just transfer the transponders across? I'm thinking of buying the same keys for my Leon FR

If you've already taken the Makers badge (VW Skoda Seat) off then it's easy enough, just undo the little screw that is hidden behind said badge...

Thanks guys

The programing sequence is in your user manual and you can either get a fob with a blank blade included off ebay or you can buy the blade seperately.

You don't need to open the case and remove the badge to change the blade. This is only required if you are swaping the immobiliser transponder. The blade can be changed by pushing out the small black pin from the key head.
