If you tell me the name of the two different colour facia's i will remember.

I think it was something like bright silver something along those lines.

If not i am going to seat on friday to pick up my rear door handles so i will find out then for you.

Did you find this out? Need to order a fascia this week

I have ordered these:

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=170113889682&ssPageName=ADME:B:EOIBSA:UK:31

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=170112101812&ssPageName=ADME:B:EOIBSA:UK:31

You need both.

The items have been shipped so should hopefully have them by the end of the week. Good seller, he has refunded the difference in shipping for the 2 items.

Good find.

Let us know how you get on with these, looks like a job for the ICE shop:cry:

Pay someone to do it! Sod that!

Precisely!

Very interested to hear how your steering wheel control modules perform.

Also intrigued about how to integrate the factory fit BlueTooth with the Alpine (I assume you have that?) using the NVE-K200 mentioned earlier in the thread. This is an interrupt device that appears from the photo to offer only RCA connections.

Have you just got the Seat sat nav surround because if so you also need the VW golf fascia adapter to go in it so the new head unit will fit.

Yeah Sat Nav surround. You don't happen to know the part number by any chance? I'll call Seat now and see if they have 1.. (Just called.. They say they don't..)

Thanks for the info!

I was hoping to do it all today as well.. Oh well. A few days for those parts to come, then I'll find I'm missing something else..

I even went to a VW dealer and asked them about the double-din adaptor, and he refused to look for it properly, and said that nothing would fit in my Seat facia.. I then looked at all their cars from Golf to Passat, and all have radios in the exact same size. They're as bad as my local Seat dealer.. :(

Just been down the stealers and there's 2 colour options. Brilliant Silver and Onyx something witch I assume would be black. Went for the Brilliant. Hopefully get tomorrow or Friday.

Just off out now to get the double din adapter and the wiring adapter.

Too much stuff required!
