Some nice pics there Lee.

What a drive home the noise was awesome behind you and Phil especially on the ramp to the M1, T/C was kicking in 3rd gear. :D

Nice to put a few more names to faces, the turnout wasn’t too bad.

Good result for Seat, excellent result for Plato in race 3, and Darren’s last to 6th was brilliant.

First time for me at Rockingham and probably the last, seems somewhat sanitised sat in the stands. All the good infield stuff was to far away, I like to have the choice to wander round the circuit catching the action at different points; Mrs CUPRACAR wasn’t impressed either, although it was good to meet up with old faces and new hope to see you all at Thruxton

I was there today too. Still disappointed that my sky box didn't record it. Had a great day anyway. Took 141 photos! :D Was I the only one that spotted Posh and Becks in the pit lane?

I wondered who owned the flags. was a good day out, with the clios saving the day for the other half. (she started to get bored).

Send it with someone Phil, the flagpole is already becoming legendary and we''ll need a rallying point at Thruxton. :flag:

I enjoyed Rockingham but agree with Cupracar that it seemed a slightly sanitised experience and with the obvious exceptions of the Clios :rocker: the support races were all a bit tame.

The marshalling and deployment of safety car looked pretty dodgy too. When all that oil was dumped on the S'ss before turn one half the field had skidded off before the marshalls got the oil flag out! Good result for race 3 though definitely best of the day in all senses.

Anyway good convoy in, too slow for the youngsters :bleh: but plenty of us and a good run home for me once I got out of the car park. Keeping pace with a black Mk2 Leon all the way down the A43 and A34. Who were you?

See you at Thruxton.

No Sh!t.. On Saturday, the Clio race had a crash off the start-line (As you'd expect these small little things to do, even on the widest part of any UK circuit like the straight at Rockingham..) and 1 car was left in the middle of the track, with no flags waved until half the pack had done a whole lap, and several clios nearly collected him when starting their second lap. :censored: Idiots!
