Do the spanish has the smallest fingers in the world?? How on earth do they expect you to squeeze your fingers in such a small gap to get at your bulbs especially the side lights!! Anyways I was thinking would it be best to remove the bumper and light clusters to get sufficient access to the bulbs? Also bear in mind im fitting my 6000k HIDs as well?

cheers

it seems stupid having to remove the bumper just to change a bulb doesnt it!!!

i wish i had just done this and it would have saved me a hell of a battle!!!

Took me like 2hrs to replace the side light bulb where the battery is located alone! but after a cuple times u get the hang of it-now take 2 mins, but fitting HID's would say remove headlights.

take the bumper off regardless if your fitting HIDs or just changing a regular bulb, much easier on the fingers and if your fitting HIDs allows you to push the ballasts right underneath the headlights on the chassis legs so they are almost hidden when everythings reinstalled

I removed my front bumper and headlights much easier. Where you mounting the balast boxes?

not sure tbh ive seen pics from the leon mk1 section and they are bolted down the vertically along the wings each side but then if you need to get to them it would be a nightmare. Ive also seen them bolted above the headlight clusters each side which is easily accessed but if you want to change the bubls it all has to come off lol
