FEELER: Single guage in centre console

i think the gauge above would suit my leon.
i owuld be interested in the cost for a pre built 1

when i mentioned this item i didnt read thge discription which mentions that it is an electronic gauge etcand that ur fittig mechanical gauges but the design is exactly wot i would like

Ok, guys sounds like a plan... I'll get onto some breakers and source a grey, dark grey adn a black console and make them with guages and sell them as premade consoles.. and part exchange the OEM set you have.... give me till jan to sort them..

Also on another note, i found a guage that i can Customise with a different facing and red lighting, e.g. OEM dial kit look...
Need a few more details from the manufacuter but i will post up pics first.

Will be abit of an outlay for me, 3 consoles and 3 guages and to make them, so i hope you lot are serious..... lol

and Scotty yeah i can problery sort out a 60mm guage in the dash... again Ill source a consle down and PM you to buy a Defi gauge (by the way if you need to buy one, PM me, i have a contact where there cheap! Including the control unit!)

3 consoles, 3 guages, pre made and part exchanged, then the work and the gauge is in the price... so should be £100 all in i think less if this guage pulls off.... (£60 mech gauge estimating at the mo, £40 for the work)

You do realise the standard part is only about £9 don't you? Saves grubbing about in scrap yards.

i think £100 sounds reasonable for sourcin bits buyin them in n fabricatin dash
at this moment in time i would be after red type face over black background
cos i dont think its really worth buyin a new instrument binocle for white dials and trip computer. so in would like a fabricated dash wiv boost gauge in place, i would buy 1 from u in january i think.

As you all know its xmas ladies and gents.... so i wont be banging out any consoles anytime soon, but in the new year i will start the fabricating and hopefully the guage guy in the states will get back to me.

Scott, i will get in touch in the new year about sending me the console... and i will PM you the link for the guages!

just gonna order the raid rear leds for my leon and just lookin at orderin the boost gauge is it much of a job to fabricate the dash
cos i wanna order this at the same time. or if u got 1 made up now that would be excellent n would buy it now

lee ive seen some mk4 golf pods like this-in the air vent.but i think the golf 4 has a different vent, audi a3 is a match.

Ive seen the MK4 Golf ones as you say, but they are defo different as they incorporate the lightswitch.

I think so... just need a spare one to crack around with!

I have found the Gauge to work with now... just a case of buying them in and changing the LED's to the correct colour backs, and think of changing the gauge backs from the manufactuers name to 'SEAT' or 'FR' instead...

Will track down some consoles and start on them soon...

I dont have any made up now, but hopefully in the near future i will... is it a big job to fabricate a new console... well no not really if you know what your doing, if you dont it can be alittle hard at points...

But as i said, i will sort a few designs first then get people reactions and ideas then start on orders for people!

Can do, but i would say the guage i would need to see to.. as they can vary in depth....

Otherwise i can use one that i'm going to use.. and should be around £30 costing... but OE looking (if i can print up the backgrounds myself...
