Alos like the look of those Eyebrows...but I get them sprayed I want the whole right side fo the car done and the front bumper... havent got the funds

Check again...
It says "60cm 51mm Outside Diameter Alloy Tube"
60cm in length, that one on e-bay is 100cm so you cut it down to length.
51mm OD, that e-bay one is 2" (50.8mm), you can't get much closer than that lol.

Incidentally, I just got back from doing some logs. I know it cold outside but max intake temp I saw was 18 deg at the top of the range on my second run. Sat idling it hit 20 deg. I wish it was boosting properly

Just to update an old thread, fitted mesh and took off the black bars.
Fitted the mesh by cutting it down to size and then attaching it by the 2 tops screws found on the top of the intercooler, fitted it one hole further along so the mesh had a slight ark in it and then when bumper back on seals the gap perfectly. Mesh is the black ripspeed stuff from halfords, cost £25

i much prefer it with the mesh, when the pics were taken it was a bit overcast and taken with a phone so not showing up the same, will post up some new pics with a digital camera once its cleaned up and the sun is out

I still don;t have the mesh, but now seeing this (although your car looks great) I don't know if I still want to place the mesh....

no offence taken dude, each to their own. I quite liked mine without it but the intercooler was starting to look a bit shabby, and i was noticing the gap between fmic and bumper more and more, this way protects it and still retains a bit of the standard look, but you dont have to look very hard to see the intercooler underneath
