yer is the actuator stuck over all the way??
sounds like it could be that
i have had seizing wastegate flapper on my turbo, which was metal pickup within the flappers shaft and bush that it runs in...
actuator should spring back in when you release the nuts
have you been running higher boost than standard or different fuel???
sounds like its carboned up inside then go for ihi
possibly torn yes.sur eyoull find it in the end good luck
Rod moves from actuator to wastegate turbo?
Will blowing into the lil vacuum pipe be enough pressure to make it move then?
Right been keeping an eye on this thread. (not noticed any boost issues although its the only cupra i've been in)
On mine when the engine is not running i can push the rod back into the actuator (where vac pipes are) and it comes back out when i release it, is this the spring you spoke of bill and is this normal will get pics if required to explain.
