Tell me about it, these little terrorists cost a bl00dY fortune. Got all sorts of parcels arriving with clothing and toys in it. The damn postman knows me by name now.

Glad you found a decent LCR.....short shifter is a must too after the remap ;)

As for the kids the spending just keeps going and going......but they are worth it believe me although the Leon will only just be big enough, having just returned from a week away three of us travelling in a Focus there wasn't enough space left inside for a packet of fag papers...the car was rammed full :-o

Thanks, short shifter is on the list for sure (well the list the wife has not seen :banned:) the size thing is worrying me a bit , so might have to get something a little bigger for the wife, estate, MPV, I have already started looking  . Not going to trade the LCR that for sure !

I cannot believe the amount of stuff we have accumilated already and junior is not even here yet. Looks like I mght have to trade in the house on something bigger :-o

Pretty funny, a week or two after looking at your car, we found out about the junior would be arriving. I really thought the gods had decreed that a LCR is not going to end up on my driveway but managed to convince the wife with much sweet talking and lots of dilligent pregnancy class attendance.

That sounds about right, we were looking at the whole pram, car seat multi use jobbie.... I could have bought junior his own car for the price of some of those things

After looking at the price of the Pram jobbie, was trying to find the bose sound system, sat nav, head up display and DVD player because I could not find what the heck I was paying big ££££ for :D

Yep we got a demo at Mamas and papas and the nice lady said £640 for the travel system (Chasis + Car Seat, push chair and pram)

We bought off ebay brand new in the box sealed £300 + £15 delivery

Yikes... do you get gold wheels for £640? That is crazy money, not that I know anything about having kids (obviously I know how they are conceived and delivered before some bright spark comments)

You got to see it to believe it, one make of pram starts at the £1000 and go from there. scary stuff. For that price it better come with someone to push for the next two years !
