That sucks. At least it's always the person behinds fault so the insurance should sort itself out pretty rapidly. Maybe put the whiplash money towards some revo?

Oh sorry to here about that, bit of t-cut it'll polish out  seriously are you okay.

Luckily the only injuries were the two cars. The police had to stop all three lanes of the M25 for quite some time while they dragged her car out of the gravel in the central reservation and over to the hard shoulder, and then cleared up the rest of the mess, so it must have caused quite a tailback, (sorry if any one on here got caught in it).

get a whiplash claim
an extra 2k for the womens stupidity is deserved

the very reason why insurance is so fecking expensive.if its deserved then fine,i just hate the way britain is now just full of people and companies willing to screw each other over for the sake of it.

Have to agree with you on this, I'm OK and so is my passenger so I wont be making any medical related claims.

Ouch! Sorry to hear that, hope it all gets sorted quickly for you.
This is when you find out just how good/bad your insurance company is.

i do actually agree with you on this
ive never and probably would never make a whiplash claim
but people have done it to me, family and friends
and its the old theory of, YOU CANT BEAT THEM (as much as you'd like to).........JOIN THEM

insurance is expensive anyway, not just for this reason
take a look at your next chav's when your at the light
or the people with no insurance whatsoever
or the person you know who has written off 5 cars in 5 years
they are more of a reason
