the fact they are covering brembos, and 15's, special as in diff i should have said or rare

they are very low et 20

still got rear spacers on the back, these can be milled down if needed

front if need more room will make some slighty wider arches

oh I know what ET they have to be in 15's to clear brembo's.... but if your cars 1/4 mile project, why not replace em with something lighter... or nice 2-piece lightweight ones ;)

you planning on track as well as strip with the car?

wish the regs allowed me to go further... but they dont.

cars be both strip and drag,

if fully drag would bin the arb, the brakes, as not needed and heavy, and run some 13's with micky t drag radials

car will be more track than drag strip once done, but drag is a cheap fun day out

i would replace them with something lighter if again they can be 15's and clear
but i like the mos

next step is corner weighted and geo done for track, and get rear shimmed

cage is on the wish list but have to wait till next year

lol year thats another thing i want, loads on the wish list might as well wait till brakes need replacing first tho

next items, will be poly windows ,spa mirror, new steering wheel and short shifter,

thought i would dig this old thread up,

not done much till got back off holiday but have started again over the last 2 weeks

the rear of the inside of the car has now been lightened, all brackets gone and now in paint in a dark antricite colour

also can se above the boot has been lightened and is waiting a poly carb window

the boot lock has gone its way to, as you would be very surprised how heavy it is, and boot is now on pin's to close

i have made a carbon plate to cover the hole, and im going to get a sticker made to replicate the standard seat "s" so looks standard from far away

few weeks ago got myself another carbon bonnet as sold my first one and regretted it

gone is the pass mirror, and a carbon plate made again to cover

same will happen to the drivers, and a carbon spa mirror fitted

the doors have been well lightened, all motor removed, inner skins, door bars, and painted again ready for poly windows, and carbon doors cards

f@@kin hell, youv been busy, looks the nuts mate, really liking that, front bumper and boot im very impressed with, looks very clean and thought through for a stripped out motor, liking that alot mate, the CF bonnett just finishes it off

job well done !!!!!! keep us updated on this project

not too sure why its duel pass, all i know is i got a price list for the GT28 conversion of mike at JBS and it included the GRS intercooler, from memory i think andy_dea got his done their also
