CUPRA has launched its all-new retail network to coincide with the arrival of the performance SUV Coupe, Formentor.
The new network consists of 58 CUPRA retail spaces, as well as two retail stores, with plans to grow in the future as the model range expands even further. The CUPRA retail spaces are mainly located within existing SEAT retail sites, but are staffed by CUPRA Specialist teams and are designed to deliver a more personalised retail experience for customers across the UK.
A CUPRA retail space will open at White City Westfield shopping centre, separate to the existing SEAT store, where customers will be able to configure their vehicle, explore finance options, arrange test drives and place the order. CUPRA will also open a space at Lakeside shopping centre in Bromley.
Focused on delivering a bespoke ownership experience, the new retailers offer timed appointments, enhanced, longer test drives and bespoke services, with dedicated CUPRA Specialists providing a personalised experience at the forefront of its new approach.
Receiving the highest levels of training direct from the brand headquarters and offering a different kind of retail experience, CUPRA Specialists are the ultimate CUPRA enthusiasts. With in-depth knowledge of the growing vehicle range, they will be able to help customers enjoy finding their perfect car through a more personalised approach.
Re-imagining the traditional relationship, CUPRA Specialists will also become a customer’s long-term point of contact throughout the entire ownership experience, ensuring a consistent and unique experience with the brand.
A bespoke loyalty programme for existing CUPRA owners will ensure they become customers for life, no matter which vehicle in the range they plan to purchase.

The CUPRA Formentor, the epitome of the brand’s DNA, is available to order now in V1 150PS TSI manual trim priced from £27,395, as well as the range-topping VZ Edition 310PS TSI DSG 4Drive which is available from £43,840.
Formentor joins the CUPRA Ateca and CUPRA Leon models, ahead of the all-electric CUPRA el-Born in 2021, there are plans to grow and develop standalone sites as the premium brand continues to establish itself in the UK.
