Hello!

As I am planning to add little bit of my touch to the car, I will make little storybook.
From beginning:
I got the car from Finland aucton and it had minor accident on driver side.
Imported to Estonia and fixed the damage.
It is a 2005 FR model 1.9TDi 96kw 6MT, AC, power windows, electrically foldable side mirrors, heated seats, MFA.

When I got the car on beginning of February 2021, it had approx 247900km on clock. Since then, it has 6 oil changes and timing belt change on 270k km with waterpump, idler and tensioner, aux. belt and tensioner, thermostat, main engine fan.
Today it has approx 312900km on clock

It is realitve free of rust, only minor starting from rear corner of arch. Otherwise all OK.
Copart - it is big action corp., it as all over the world, if You Google it

The car has been dream since I got turbo working like it should.
It had VNT vacuum actuator rusted out and also solenoid full of rust particles. VNT needed couple times to adjust, but now they are perfect.
I did EGR delete and changed actuator and solenoid out to new parts also vacuum lines replaced.
Same time, I made custom maps for 110kw and replaced tandem fuel pump - it was tired.

Custom Maps for 110kw? Hmm i hawe 110kw stock

what about the egr valve in your country?
In Latvia he must be physically in the car. I just don't know if it is necessary to work

Hello to Latvia!
I have 96kw in stock, ASZ engine
First plan is push to 150kw.
EGR must be on car with hoses, but I did pass without it, they did not investigate much - it vas 0.19 particules, max allowed 1.5.

Some upgrades, which I did to car were:
Rear brakes - 36 to 38 caliper and Brembo discs and pads, new mounting brackets TRW, brake hoses.
Cruise control, rain sensor, rear view mirror with dimming function, interior light upgrade, BT music streaming and voice calls.
Bora dashboard with needle sweep and flip key with boot opening button.
Added boost gauge for boost issues diagnostics, but kept afterwards.
Put new fuel door, old one was sticking out badly

Why not big display?
But lights i think need oem red not blue

It is from Bora and got it very cheap for testing purposes - in future big screen.
Cluster swap is discussed in this forum also many times.
