Just wondering if anyone will know this. I've been looking at getting R888's for at least the front of my Mk3 Cupra. Would using a 225/45/16 be too wide on a 7x16" wheel? Would prefer to get that size over 195/50/16s that the R888s come in to get as much grip as possible. Will be used...

Was looking to put the Pro Race wheels back on the car, but complete with some sticky rubber. Just wondered if anyone else has done this already and if they are worth the £150 a corner I can get them for. Ta, Horace

who on here uses the R888's? are these the closest things to slicks, but road legal? what is the performance like in the dry and wet?

Custardcupra tried to fit 215-55-16 R888's on to his Seat sport OZ super T's, they were to big and catched on the arches but 215-40-16 T1-r's were not a problem. Does anyone know if 195-50-16 R888's will fit and would that size be safe on Seat sport OZ super T's. Cheers
